Buddha’s Guide to a Happy and Healthy Life – A Spiritual Perspective
Within Buddha’s teachings we find clear guidelines not only on how to live a happy and meaningful life, but how to live a healthy one. In this series we will look at some of the key components. These teachings, are drawn from Geshe Kelsang’s books and personal advice. They give us clear and practical guidelines to create both mental and physical well-being. Through teachings, guided meditations and discussion, we will investigate such things as eating, exercise, rest and relaxation from a spiritual perspective, so as to clearly integrate a healthy lifestyle with our spiritual practice of improving our minds and our hearts along our path to enlightenment.
