Capitol Hill Arts Workshop Presents “CHAWbaret”
Washington, D.C. – The Capitol Hill Arts Workshop (CHAW) and the GLBT Arts Consortium are presenting “CHAWbaret 2: This Isn’t Over!” an evening of cabaret and libations on Friday, September 21, 2007 and Saturday, September 22, 2007 at 7:30 PM at CHAW, 545 7th Street SE. Tickets are $15 if purchased at www.chaw.org and $20 at the door. Proceeds from the evening benefit CHAW’s mission of building community through the arts.
CHAWbaret 2 will feature 3 DC Cabaret Network members, including: Deborah Davidson, Matt Howe, and Dean Reichard, representatives of the GLBT Arts Consortium, and other members of the community.
The Capitol Hill Arts Workshop is a non-profit, multidisciplinary arts education facility, located on the corner of 7th and G Streets, SE (just two blocks south of Eastern Market). For more information about classes, performances, exhibitions, and programs, visit www.chaw.org.
The GLBT Art Consortium is a voluntary collaboration of varied arts organizations from the Washington, D.C. metro area that works to raise the visibility of GLBT arts.
