The Capitol Hill Art League opens "Winter Waltz" on Saturday, January 10, 2009, 5-7 pm at the Capitol Hill Arts Workshop, 545 7th Street, SE, Washington, DC 20003. The opening is free and open to the public. The show runs through January 31st. The juror for the show is Trinka Margua Simon, who is an artist and teacher with the Smithsonian Associates, copyist with the National Gallery of Art, and an advocate of artistic freedom.
