The Capitol Hill Art League opens its new exhibition, "Untitled", on March 8, 5-7 pm at The Capitol Hill Arts Workshop, 545 7th Street, SE, Washington DC 20003. The show runs through April 5th. Free.
The show is juried by Kathryn Wat, who is the curator of modern and contemporary art at the National Museum of Women in the Arts, and organizes many of the museum's major exhibitions. She received her PhD in art history from the Universoty of Delaware.
The League enables artists to meet with other artists and arts professionals as well as with members of the community at large. It holds seven juried shows of members' work a year in all media as well as a special sale of smaller works in December.
