The Capitol Hill Art League will open its exhibit, 'Night and Day'. juried by Mark Power, with a free reception at the Capitol Hill Arts Workshop. Power's works are in the Library of Congress, The Smithsonian, The Corcoran Gallery, and museums in Baltimore, Houston, New Orleans, and Richmond. The exhibit will run through February 1st.
