This year's lineup brings The Rippingtons with special guest David Benoit, Euge Groove, Will Downing, Swing Out Sister, Kem, Fourplay, Walter Beasley, "Guitarzz" (featuring Chuck Loeb, Chieli Minucci, and Paul Jackson, Jr.) Norman Brown & Alex Bugnon (performing together), and Bobby Caldwell to the nation's capital!
