Capital Food Fight 2010 November 11, 2010

DC Central Kitchen is bringing the brightest stars from the food industry together for a unique night of good food and friendly competition. Participating chefs include: Victor Albisu from BLT Steak, Will Artley from Evening Star Cafe and Scott Drewno from the Source. A fourth chef will be named this fall. These talented, local chefs will be competing in 10-minute "Iron Chef"-style battles. Food critics and national celebrities will be on hand to mingle with the crowd and add to the excitement.
