On December 4th, Mike Farber will talk about how the Pilgrims used a sophisticated blend of surveying techniques to subdivide our lands. Our fore fathers knew the importance of the night sky for navigation and getting a bearing. They used science to delineate the boundaries of Cape Cod. The Cornerstone Project has drawn a lot of interest from local historians and archaeologists. CCAS members may want to join Farber on his fact finding mission. The Cape Cod Astronomical Society will meet at D-Y Regional High School, Thursday, November 6th at 7:30PM in the Library the Public is invited. Admission is Free.
