Cantatas in Context Annual Christmas Oratorio Concert December 23, 2007

As part of the St. Bartholomews Church Great Music series, Cantatas in Context celebrates the holiday season with a special performance of Bachs Christmas Oratorio, Parts I-III: Part I- Rejoice, be glad! Come, praise the days!; Part II- And there were in the same country shepherds; and Part III- Ruler of heaven, hear our murmurings.

Now in its eighth season, Cantatas in Context showcases some of Johann Sebastian Bachs 200 rarely-performed sacred vocal works.
