Canoeing at Pierpont Meadow October 23, 2010

Pierpont Meadow Pond offers lovely canoeing and the sanctuary trails allow exploration of meadows, white pine woodlands, and mixed hardwood forest. We'll look for wildlife such as turkeys, red foxes, and white-tail deer between the parking area and the pond, then explore from the water, hoping to catch the last reflections of fall foliage.
