We were sent an email on Wednesday afternoon... yes that is a little less than 3 days notice that reads as follows:

"unfortunately there was a miscommunication among the staff and one of the managers failed to tell me that Porky's will be hosting a World Beer Pong Tournament on this Saturday, January 12th. Being that a down payment was already given to the beer pong company, I have to reschedule the bands for that night."
