Canadian cuisine at Chicago Gourmet Festival September 25, 2009

Chicago Gourmet is a world-class celebration of food, wine and the city's rich culinary heritage. Guests will enjoy celebrity chef cooking demonstrations, a fabulous seminar series, plenty of premium wine tastings, gourmet food samplings and more. The Canadian Consulate General and the Canadian Tourism Commission are partnering with the Signature Room at the 95th to bring tastes from north of the border to the Great Lawn in the park. Chef Tom Brodi from Canoe Restaurant in Toronto will be participating during this exciting program.
