Attention all importers, exporters and customs brokers. In this program an attorney from Canada and from the United States discuss common NAFTA compliance and enforcement issues as they are handled in both countries. Although the NAFTA is an international agreement, there are differences in the way the agreement is administered in Canada and the United States which can have a significant impact on companies doing business in both countries. In addition, Congress will be turning its attention to pending Free Trade Agreements and GSP in September and October. This program will feature a timely update from Washington on the pending FTAs with South Korea, Panama and Colombia and the status of GSP.
