Newsday rated Camera-Head Shark's album 'Oh, You' as one of the top ten albums released by Long Island artists in 2007. John Siwicki of Comfort Comes says "This New York band's self-released album is what indie pop should be." For the 2007-2008 season, 'Live in the Lobby' shows begin with a 30-minute "Songwriter Spotlight" featuring acoustic performances by two or three local songwriters, followed by the featured performers playing until about 10 PM. Singer/guitarist Charlie Mirro is a member of the Long Island bands Movement and Reckoning.
