CARNIVAL starts off the Camellia Festival Friday Feb 20th 4pm - 10pm. Parade starts on Feb. 21st 10am at Las Tunas & Sultana toward the east on Las Tunas. After Parade Carnival starts up till 10pm. A great family event of small town USA.
