New York Cares needs 5,000 volunteers to give New York City a ‘spring greening’ after an especially harsh winter.
New York Cares is seeking thousands of volunteers to revitalize 75 parks, gardens, playgrounds, community centers, and schools citywide.
Starting now, New Yorkers aged 12 years old and up can register to volunteer at handsonnewyorkday.org, with a registration fee of $20 per person.
