Calligraphy Guild of Indiana: Different Strokes October 21, 2009

Calligraphy is beautiful writing perfected during the medieval years in the illuminated manuscripts of that era. Today, calligraphy is a total art form with letters and words being used for design elements as well as the traditional certification recognitions, announcements, promotional materials, and the hand-made book. The Calligraphy Guild of Indiana was founded in 1981 to establish and encourage interest in calligraphy and related hand-made book art crafts.
