Call for Artists: "Love & Chocolate" at the Las Cruces Museum of Art, "For the Love of Art," February 2008 January 28, 2008

Everyone loves chocolate. Appropriately, the Las Cruces Museum of Art is hosting the open exhibition, Love & Chocolate, during the Las Cruces For the Love of Art month, February 2008. Dona Ana County, NM artists are eligible to submit artworks inspired by, or even made of, chocolate. The exhibition will open on Friday, Feb.1 and continue through Saturday, March 1. All works fitting the criteria for exhibition will be included in the showcase of local art.

Artworks must be hand-delivered to the Museum, by the artist or a representative for the artist, on Monday, Jan. 28 between 9 am 4 pm. A submission fee of $15 is required at the time of submission. Artists are limited to one submission. Finished works should be 11 x 14 maximum framed dimension, or 3-D dimensions 14 x 14 x 14 maximum.
