INTO THE WILD
Actor-Writer-Director Sean Penn masterfully crafts a visually stunning and emotional true story of a young man’s self-imposed exodus from the comforts of the modern world into the feral heart of the Alaskan wilderness.

Based on Jon Krakauer’s bestselling book, the film features a star-making turn by Emile Hirsch as a young college graduate re-inventing himself as he ventures into the vast landscape of the American West, encounters a vibrant array of free spirits, misfits and lonely souls beautifully portrayed by Vince Vaughn, Catherine Keener and Kristen Stewart and Hal Holbrook, and overcomes the obstacles in his path to remind us all what it means to be alive in a world so much larger than ourselves. Also starring William Hurt, Marcia Gay Harden, and Jena Malone.
