Course materials correspond to the four functional areas, responsibilities, and associated California-specific knowledge defined by the Human Resources Certification Institute:

* Compensation and Benefits
* Employee and Labor Relations
* Leaves of Absence and Workers Compensation
* Health, Safety, and Security

Eligibility requirements
PHR-CA and SPHR-CA candidates must hold a current PHR or SPHR before enrolling for the course and applying to take the exam

To assure timely receipt of course materials, and avoid a $105 late fee, please register at least one week prior to start date.

Refund Policy
Partial refunds (full registration less a $50 service charge) are available up to one week before start date if materials are unopened and returned in perfect condition.
