Earth Day Event Features Local Environmental Groups at TELUS World of Science

WHO: Earth Wise Solutions, U of C Outdoor Centre, Climate Change Central, Calgary Science Network, U of C Solar Car Team, Weaselhead/Glenmore Park Preservation Society, Clean Calgary Association, Trout Unlimited Canada and Riverwatch Calgary, will be on-site discussing issues of Climate Change and International Polar Year.

WHAT: From local issues, to global initiatives, Climate Change is making headlines daily. Local representatives of these organizations will be your source for innovative projects, education programs, and up-to-date information. Come see the critically-acclaimed film “An Inconvenient Truth,” join in on a workshop, or create your own Eco-Art. The TELUS World of Science is proud to host the 2nd annual Earth Day Event.
