Calgary Dollars monthly potluck & market June 13, 2007

Calgary Dollars hosts a monthly potluck & market on the 2nd Wed. of every month.

Calgary Dollars is Calgary's local currency, providing a unit of measure between barter transactions of goods and/or services within the local community.

The potluck is the monthly meetup of members from the Calgary Dollars network. Members are encouraged to bring an item that will feed six and preferably with a recipe listing ingredients.

The market happens in conjunction with the potluck, where members who have items to sell set up a table in advance (contact Carol) and present them at the potluck. This makes each month a showcase of items of what can be acquired using your Calgary Dollars.
