Cake Making Made Easy $75 Per Person

Once in a while we can indulge in dessert and we show you how easy it can be. This class will be taught by Wendy Jacobs-Riche, a Culinary Institute of America graduate and outstanding baker! Learn to make a Marjolaine Almond Cake, Espresso Cream Cake, Torte Caprese, Fallen Chocolate Soufflé Cake, Lavender Devil’s Food Cake with Orange Chocolate Butter Cream Frosting, Whipped Cream Pound Cake with Citrus Icing, Light Triple Layer Creamy Coconut Cream Cake, Traditional and Delicious Carrot Cake, and Devil’s Food Cake with Milk Chocolate Butter Cream Frosting. We will also make Two Dessert Sauces for Presentation. Have a dessert party for your friends with these new and delightful recipes or make them just them for you!
