Cake Building and Design December 2, 2007

Transfer the principles of architecture and design to food! Cake becomes the building blocks of your fantasy home, skyscraper, space station, or log cabin. Using architecture as your inspiration, local artist and baker Sarah Klein will introduce you to an array of cake-making tools and help us fashion frosting and cake into miniature edible domiciles. Participants will receive a packet of delicious cake and frosting recipes to use at home.
