Cabin Comforts May 13, 2006

Saviour Scraps, who have fashioned welcoming spaces for artists and non-artists alike to participate in the creation and exchange of youthful art, invite you to their latest installation Cabin Comforts. Tucked away in the forrest level of Monser Island at Secret Project Robot in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, Cabin Comforts is an handcrafted home environment populated with artworks and artists' wares in a space where they are given their most powerful meanings: the lived-in home.  Found within are drawings, zines, music and video, utility crafts and
decorative arts, sculpture and furniture, wearable art, photography and ephemera, all at affordable prices.
The opening will be an all day community event with a BBQ and a preview of Lauren Luloff's installation Believe. Make
