C3 March Breakfast Club: Richmond 2015: A Look Inside the International Cycling Race March 12, 2013

Join Tim Miller, COO of Richmond 2015, and Ibrahim Abdul-Matin, Sustainability Consultant at The Frontier Project, as they lift the hood on the 2015 World Road Cycling Championships (Worlds), a international cycling event that will bring hundreds of thousands of people to Richmond for nine days in 2015 . They will share what's being planned and how the race can positively impact our community.

Learn how this traditionally European-held event found its way to Richmond and the infrastructure and collaboration required to make it a success. As Tim and Ibrahim examine the role of arts, design and community partnerships required to create a memorable experience for race visitors, they will invite the audience to join in the conversation and share ideas for how the RVA community can work together to deliver a world-class event.
