this means cops and tickets and turf wars and likely some sad gravity-harnessing adrenaline-craving public-performance-art-loving folks! So who knows what the tickets are actually for (riding a toy?) (misuse of gravity?) (unlawful stupidity?) (public art?)
or how much the tickets will cost??
