This event is public, so that's what it should be, with the description coming from the tour website or something. Not that I'm a semantic wanker, or anything.

To address your points. It is private cause I'm not organising this trip for the whole world. Just my friends. Secondly, I don't have a link yet for the site, just a message from the newsletter I get to look out for this soon.

Weird, I added this as a separate event and Upcoming seems to have merged them together! It must be because this is a public event I suppose...sorry, not wishing to intrude on your group.
