Tired of sitting with your team grappling over feature prioritization? Wish there was a way to incorporate customer input into the feature prioritization process? Come participate in an interactive workshop and learn a creative way to generate customer input.
Traditional focus groups and surveys often lack the deep customer insights required to drive true innovation. Innovation Games, developed by Enthiosys, are tools that can be used by companies to collaborate with customers to better understand their needs and wants. This fun, hands-on session will include a brief overview of Innovation Games, what they are, how they work and why they work, as well as an in-depth interactive workshop on one game, Buy a Feature. Buy a Feature is an interactive exercise companies use to learn what features and functions their customers prefer to see in a given product.
