DETAILS: Conflict is unavoidable, but it doesn’t have to lead to combat. Come and learn practical tips to reduce or manage conflict with your co-workers, spouse, children, or friends. Eileen Cook has over 18 years experience as a counselor and has been accepted as an expert witness by the BC Supreme Court on issues related to employment including workplace conflict. She is also a multi-published author of teen fiction with her books appearing in six different languages and having been optioned for film.
