Mission Statement

As business leaders, we will seek to bring growth and success to our members through group association , “masterminding” and referral.

Core Values

Association: cultivating an organized group whose members share a common goal: to grow their businesses by building mutually beneficial relationships within the group

Masterminding: applying multiple perspectives, experience and wisdom from diverse fields of endeavor to help members grow their businesses

Referral: the act of providing a tip or lead to another member to help his or her business grow

Accountability

We believe in relationships. People do business with people they trust. Trust is born out of relationships.

We are involved. Attendance is critical to our success. If we cannot attend, we send an associate in our place.

We support the chapter. We trust one another, build relationships outside of our meetings, and support the group through referrals & recruiting new members.

We are singular. We allow only one person per profession.

We are leaders. We take turns leading, serving as chapter officers and serving in advisory capacities for the Alliance.

We share strategy. The strategic direction of the group and its activities are determined by consensus.

There is no membership fee. You just pay $10 for the lunch.
