Join a merry group of Master Gardeners from Delaware County ’s Penn State Cooperative Extension as we journey to The Rodale Institute (Kutztown, PA) and on to Foliage Farm.
The Rodale Institute has been a leader in promoting organic gardening, ‘going green’, and have studied loss of biological and genetic diversity in our food supply, global warming, and sustainability issues for many years. A guided tour will give us insights to the facility’s current research on these issues. ( www.rodaleinstitute.org)
