DESCRIPTION - Since joining the Better Business Bureau serving Mainland BC (BBB) in 2007 as President and CEO, Lynda has been actively engaged in educating the community on a variety of topics, from fraud prevention to business development. Well-known for her dynamic and inspiring personality, Lynda has delivered her message to both the general public and industry professionals. With over 25 years of sales experience and insights, she offers seminars on customer service and other business development topics for small to medium-sized businesses and to BBB Accredited and non-Accredited Businesses.

LOCATION: Meeting Room, ABC Country Restaurant, 6500 Hastings Street (at Kensington), Burnaby, BC

TIME: 6:00-6:30 pm social & networking, 6:30-7:30 pm dinner, 7:30-8:30 pm speaker 8:30-9:00 pm questions closing thoughts.
