"BUONA PASQUA!" EASTER MENU
SERVED ALL WEEK AT SANTA MONICA'S LOCANDA DEL LAGO

Locanda del Lago in Santa Monica presents a special three- or four-course
"BUONA PASQUA!" EASTER MENU paired with Italian wines on Easter Sunday,
April 12, 2009, in addition to the restaurant's lunch and dinner menus.
"Buona Pasqua" will also be available at dinner from Saturday, April 11
through Friday, April 17.

"Buona Pasqua!" begins with CREMA DI PISELLI E CONIGLIO (market pea soup,
rosemary roasted rabbit) paired with PROSECCO BRUT, CANELLA, followed by
GIRELLA DI PORCINI E RICOTTA (housemade pasta roulade, porcini mushrooms,
ricotta cheese, béchamel sauce) served with FRANCIACORTA BIANCO, BELLAVISTA,
'06. Main courses are CODINE PRIMAVERA (monkfish tail, shrimp bisque
reduction, braised red cabbage, heirloom carrot purée) paired with PINOT
NOIR, KENNETH VOLK, '06, and CORONA D'AGNELLO AL DRAGONCELLO (rack of lamb,
tarragon sauce, pineapple confit, Anna's potatoes with pancetta) paired with
GIOMÉ, PROVENZA, '04.

The three-course menu is $39 with monkfish and $45 with lamb; the
four-course menu is $59, and all four selections are available à la carte
($12, 19, $24 and $29 respectively). The wine tasting pairing is $22 per
person. Tax and gratuity are additional.

Lago also offers a special Easter dessert of UOVA DI PASQUA (chocolate egg,
surprise inside!) for $9, with VIN SANTO, COLTIBUONO, '06 as a suggested
wine.
