Speakers’ Profile

Mr Arthur Ling is the director of TOUCH Family Services and has more than 20 years of experience in counselling, facilitating parenting groups and conducting marital programmes. He is a trained social worker in Family and Marital Therapy and has a Masters in Applied Psychology. His wife, Ms Chang Chee Siah, has more than 16 years of experience as a professional counsellor, family life educator and trainer in counselling skills and personal development. She has a Biopsychology degree and a Masters in Counselling.
