About the Presenter
Michael Gaines - is with St. Charles Consulting Group which rose out of the ashes of the former Arthur Andersen training and development organization. Michael is focused on strategy, change management, guided mentoring, and team development. No stranger to the wild, Michael began his organizational development career as an instructor with Outward Bound leading corporate teams on backpacking and climbing adventures. Prior to Outward Bound, Michael held production management positions with Bill Cosby and Carsey Werner Productions, NBC Sports and Turner Broadcasting . Michael is certified in multiple 360 instruments, 5 Dynamics and the Birkman Method for coaching and development. Michael is the Past co-President of the Northern California Chapter of the Association for Strategic Planning.
