About the Presenter
Kerrie Halmi - is with St. Charles Consulting Group which rose out of the ashes of the former Arthur Andersen training and development organization. Kerrie has close to 20 years of experience in human resources, training, and executive coaching, as well as facilitation skills in strategic planning and team building. She is especially effective in working with a team by combining group facilitation and one-on-one coaching. Kerrie has served in executive positions in Human Resources for the Nature Conservancy, KB Homes and General Mills. Kerrie received her MBA from the University of Michigan Business School with an emphasis on Human Resources and graduated Phi Beta Kappa in Industrial Psychology from the University of Illinois.
