Build an Herb-Drying Rack September 22, 2012

This compact herb-drying rack is simple to make and very convenient. The rack is designed with pivoting arms allowing you to dry several herbs at one time. The process of drying herbs and the storage of dried herbs will be discussed. You will leave with a selection of fresh-cut herbs from the garden to get started.
