Join us for this 5K fun run/walk & 1K walk at the beautiful Fort Worth Nature Center & Refuge. The event benefits our bison herd. This event is family-friendly & dog-friendly! Your family will enjoy getting out in nature, exercising & checking out our festival. This annual event includes a 1- mile and 5K fun walk/run and a 5K chip-timed run. Register as an individual, family, group, or school. And bring your dog! This is fun for the whole family and includes lots of door prizes, live music, balloon clown, face painters, caricature artist, exhibitors, and the Nature Center Gift Shop. Participants receive a free t-shirt (first 1000 registered), breakfast, snacks, and a wide choice of free goodies. Top three finishers in each age group will receive awards (timed runners only). Arrive early (7am - 7:30am to catch the shuttle, check-in, warm up & visit your friends!).
