Chiles En Nogada are poblano chiles filled with picadillo,ground meat, aromatics,fruits,and spices topped with a walnut-based cream sauce and pomegranate seeds. when completed it has the 3 colors of the Mexican flag - red,white, and green in support of Mexican Heritage month!!!
