This is a 4 class series on Wednesday evenings, July 9 - July 30. Note, this series can be taken as individual classes.
Class 3: Master your Inner Warrior. Have an interest in martial arts but don’t know how to tap into it? The Budokon martial arts practice is taught in a non-competitive, safe and zen based environment. This class explores punching/kicking, ground fighting techniques and focuses on the practical application of these movements. This class is not a self-defense class but the skills learned can be used to better your body’s awareness, abilities and build confidence.
