OCTOBER: Transforming Conflict through Skillful Action ~ The Four Enlightened Actions
We often respond to conflict with fear, inhibition or anger, causing our own unhappiness and the difficulties in our relationships to increase. Buddha taught four types of enlightened actions known as the four ‘siddhis’ or attainments. By applying these we will lean how to overcome our inhibitions in the face of conflict and learn to respond skillfully. In this way our daily life becomes a source of inspiration for our spiritual training, helping us to become the confident, skillful and kind person we wish to be.
Each General Program class includes a teaching, guided meditations, and time for Q&A. Everyone is welcome. Each class is self-contained. Feel free to drop in any time.
