Celebrated Canadian singer-songwriter Bruce Cockburn will perform from the full range of his decades-in-the-making songbook, including songs from his recently released 31st album, Small Source of Comfort. The album represents his latest foray into songwriting that, although primarily acoustic, is also rhythmically savvy underpinned by a combination of influences, such as folk, blues, jazz, and rock. Many of Cockburn’s new compositions were inspired by the observations he made about the human experience during his extensive travels, including the time he spend with Canadian Forces in Afghanistan.
