Brown Bag Lunch Lecture Series: Almanac Diaries of David Schultz by Allen Viehmeyer July 9, 2008

In conjuction with the Christopher Saur: Colonial Printer exhibit this lecture will describe the very successful Saur almanac entitled Der Hochdeutsche Amerikanische Calendar (1739-1778) as well as the diaries entries David Schultz wrote into his copies of the almanac. Learn what Schultz reveals about his life and times as well as his reactions to his wife's murder.
