Arturo B. Diaz retired after 38 years working on the railroad and will discuss his career working for the Atchison, Topeka, & Santa Fe and then the Burlington Northern Santa Fe railroads. Mr. Diaz’ experiences ranged from telegraph operator, to relief agent, to engineer, to engineer trainer. Mr. Diaz retired in 2002 and lives in Las Cruces. Light refreshments served. RSVP appreciated. Mr. Diaz will repeat his talk on Saturday, February 14 @ 12noon.
