INTIMIDAD is a story about a 21 year old woman named Ceci who lives in Reynosa, Mexico with her husband and also makes bras for Victoria's Secret. INTIMIDAD examines "the other side of intimacy" by asking the seemingly simple question, "What is intimacy for a young woman who makes intimate wear - specifically, bras for Victoria's Secret?" INTIMIDAD explores the "poetic trail of intimacy," from themaking of a bras to its impact on Ceci, her young daughter, and her hometown in Southern Mexico where she grew up. The film was shot in Super 8 and digital
video over the course of 4 years.
