Brooklyn Get Radical October 18, 2009

Brooklyn Get Radical, will be a night of hip hop, jazzy soul, spoken word poetry and dancing hosted by MC K-Swift and featuring performances by Kahlil Mustafa, Veronica Nunn, Chesney Snow, Stephanie Rooker, Readnex Poetry Squad, Intangible Collective and DJ sets by Ohio Party DJs. Blockhead and Despot of the Definitive Jux label will be making a rare trip to Brooklyn to join as special guest DJs. The doors will open at 8 PM and the event will end at 2 AM. There will be a $10 dollar cover charge to raise funds for Brooklyn For Peace and all guests must be 21 and older.
