Brockton Fair June 30, 2010

The 136th running of the Brockton Fair takes place from June 30th to July 11th, 2010 at the Brockton Fairgrounds, Belmont St., Brockton MA., 02301. There is something for everyone in the family to see and enjoy. The fair will offer thrilling rides, live entertainment, motor cross racing, demolition derby, fireworks, karaoke, truck pull, professional wrestling, and of course all your favorite fair food and games.

The award winning “Magic of Lance Gifford & Co.” takes place on his magical stage daily beginning July 1 bringing mind boggling illusions mixed with comedy and audience participation and featuring animals including dogs, rabbits, doves, and Burmese Pythons.

Reithoffer Shows is providing the fair midway again this year. Of course there's the never ending variety of 'test your skills to win a prize' booths accompanied by a wide selection of amusement rides and attractions. Also featured at the fair will be live bands, Petting Farm, Hambone Express Pig Racing and Livestock Displays. Spectacular Fireworks are scheduled for 10:30 pm on July 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 9th and 11.

The gates open at 5:00 pm weekdays and 2:00 pm Saturday and Sunday. Walk up admission is $5.00 for adults and $1.00 for children 12 and under.
