Kevin Herman, MS, CADC, Director of Worksite Wellness, Horton Health Initiatives, The Horton GroupAs Director of Worksite Wellness for Horton Health Initiatives, a division of The Horton Group, Kevin's primary role is implementing wellness programs that foster healthier, safer and more productive employees while controlling both insurance costs and sustaining a quality benefits program. Kevin has more than 14 years of experience working in healthcare and behavioral health-related programs. Prior to coming to Horton, Kevin was Director of a hospital based worksite wellness program for multiple public and private employers. He has earned a Master of Science degree in Public Service Administration with a Health Care Administration Concentration.
DeniseSt.Pierre,PHR, Manager of Organization Development, Robinson EngineeringDenise is the Manager of Organizational Development for Robinson Engineering (RE). Among her many duties, including HR, she established and leads Robinson's Wellness Committee, whose members include company partners and staff from various departments. She has implemented numerous programs supporting a healthy lifestyle. Employees at Robinson's six company offices actively participate in wellness initiatives, boasting 98% participation in employee health screenings and the committee has seen notable results.
