Brewmasters Dinner in Ray's Cafe October 13, 2010

Beer lovers rejoice! If you crave outstanding microbrews paired with amazing food, then this semiannual dinner is for you. Executive Chef Peter Birk hand-selects each beer (a tough job indeed but someone has to do it) and creates a 5-course dinner to perfectly complement the richness and depth of each carefully crafted brew. The lineup this time around includes Fathom & League Hop Yard Brewing (Sequim), Emerald City Brewing (Seattle), Airways Brewing (Kent), Yakima Craft Brewing (Yakima), and Whitstran Brewing (Prosser).
